Understanding

Context, Goals and Resources

First, I start by meeting stakeholders to understand the problem and why it matters. I define goals, resources, and constraints, while also looking at the bigger picture, the feature, the company vision, the target market. This sets the foundation before any design or product work begins.

Creation

Ideas to Product

Next, I work with designers, engineers, and PMs, sometimes wearing one of those hats myself. We move from brainstorming and wireframes to prototypes, initial research and a finished product. Collaboration is constant, with speed and clarity guiding how we shape the solution.

Polishing

Feedback and Alignment

Once the product takes shape, I bring it to stakeholders and decision makers for alignment. At the same time, I test with users, gather usability feedback, and refine based on concerns or edge cases. This ensures what we ship is clear, usable, and resilient.

Launch and Learn

Metrics and Delight

After launch, We’ll track responses, metrics, and overall impact. The focus is on learning what works, what doesn’t, and what to improve. This stage often surfaces new problems and opportunities, turning launch into the start of the next feedback loop.
